This wearable piece conveys the weight can be carried, due to your cultural identity. With a mixed heritage, of English and Pakistani, there can be a range of positives and struggles that come with it. In some cases, you can be not enough or too much of either side. I created this work to showcase the metaphorical weight I carry, in a literal manner, using henna and text.
