I am an interdisciplinary artist, often exploring themes of culture, memory, and relationships, through an autobiographical approach. I have an interest in investigating my own experiences, the natural world, and the ways in which it makes me feel. In particular, I look at how life impacts us and shapes the way we perceive the world around us.

My process is often driven by a desire to understand my environment, using experimentation and research. My use of medium often relies on the topic at hand, working with what feels relevant to my concepts. I tend to use materials that are analogous, requiring working on a traditional basis, as it allows me to connect to my work on a deeper level; these are processes like painting, sculpture, and print. However, I also engage in moving image work, to help convey my narratives. Through colour and texture, I aim to create an emotive and immersive experience for the audience.

Ultimately, my practice seeks to investigate the world around me and my place within it. I want people to reflect on their own experiences, and find resonance within my work.
